I've grown product and design at Deloitte and Australia's fourth largest company ANZ, helped take startup Fatiguefit from zero to US and Australian market leader, shaped Dulux's digital ecosystem ahead of its $3.8B acquisition, and published Microsoft-sponsored research on AI and natural user interfaces.
The LinkedIn version of me will talk about scaling products to 700,000 users in under 18 months, embedding design across education and industry, delivering strategies trusted by leading executives. All true. But it’s not the interesting part.
What I actually do is make the complex feel simple. The billion-dollar outcomes, award-winning launches, international expansions... It's just the glitter.
Every good solution starts the same way. A fresh page, a new mess, unproven ideas, new markets, and an obsession with how your audience actually thinks and behaves.
That's where the real work begins.
I'll happily trade my sacred coffee time with makers, builders, and craftspeople, because the best insights almost never come from inside the industry.
